Do you need another size or do you prefer another color? You don't like the product and want to return it?

You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange an item for another size or color or return your order*.

In any case, exchanges are treated as if they were returns. So you must request the return of the product, we will refund the price of the item once its condition has been verified and at the same time you must place an order again with the new size or color.

To make the return you have to follow these simple steps:

1. Send an email to hola@mongarnet.com informing us of the return and indicating your order number, the product you wish to return and the reason.
2. Prepare your package: you can use our packaging and use it to repackage the product so we will give it a second life.** Please place the items as you received them along with the cloth bag.
3. Print your ticket or purchase confirmation and insert it inside the package.

The costs of the return fall on the customer and the refund*** will be made once the items have been received and checked.

*We reserve the right not to make changes or returns if we receive the product used or in poor condition or in case the package is incomplete (send with the cloth bag and the products placed correctly).

**Our cardboard envelopes are designed to be used more than once as they have two adhesive strips. Please contribute to caring for the environment and reuse them.

***The refund will be the total price of the order without shipping costs.
